The nearest airport to manali is at Bhuntar. Bhuntar is 48 kms kilometers away from Manali and is 1 hr drive by car. However, not many airlines fly to bhuntar. Flight is not the best option to reach Manali.

How to reach Manali by car:

If you are coming from delhi then best way to reach manali is to drive via road. The road distance or driving distance from Manali to New Delhi is 546.171 km. On an average if you are traveling via car Manali to New Delhi then it would take approximately 11 hours 33 mins for you to reach your destination

if you are coming from chandigarh then you could drive on your own. The road distance or driving distance from Chandigarh to Manali is 289.945 km.On an average if you are traveling via car Chandigarh to Manali then it would take approximately 7 hours 8 mins for you to reach your destination
